First off, this company was ALWAYS what Gregg had built it to be. When through corporate dealings not directly initiated by Gregg she stepped down, things began to change. The website was burdened with issues, shipping errors began and brand advocate registration delays along with entry processing delays and errors to name a few.
What started out as simply the best product brought out into a market needing such by a woman driven by excellence, the best of ethics and purest of ingredients second to none, became a mess as corporate greed set in as customers felt the frustration.
Roll forward to today, Gregg stepped back in and purchased what remained with the best of intentions to bring back the company and products even better than before! What she cannot control is the speed at which corporate legal teams process documentation and how the bank which ended up with what was left as a direct result of very poor management after Gregg was no longer involved. With Gregg’s determination and ability to bring back this product line. Her incredible ability to make even better all that Beauty Counter was when she made the decisions, will show through well beyond what anyone can even begin to fathom at this time in the processes currently underway.
How do I know and can even justify such a commentary? Well my wife is no fool when it comes to beauty and skin care. She has always been at the top of current industry products and constantly researching product lines for the very best of ingredients and ethical standards. When she was introduced to Beauty Counter by our daughter, my wife tore it apart, researched the socks off it inside out until she took a breath after a year and knew that the Holy Grail in skin care and beauty was right before her!! Since, she has risen to such pride in what she stands behind and will continue to do so. I have seen the results in her, although a stunning beauty to start! She glows from the inside out and that is not just from the products she is dedicated to, but from all those she shares the products with. I have personally witnessed women my wife works with shed years off as the product line does exactly as Gregg always intended it to and will continue to do so with!

Now, what Gregg needs is understanding and support from all those who have benefitted so well with and from the products. She cannot make corporate legal teams move as fast as she wishes they would. All the work in restructuring and reset is exhausting. With all that Gregg has reinvested in that which she and so many others truly believe in, this too shall pass and what is revealed will be untouchable and perfect once again.
From a husband so very proud of my wife and her own accomplishments, her wisdom and how she lifts so many up with the deepest of sincerity, I do know that Gregg needs to hear from everyone involved…….”We got this and we are running the course”!

Thank you Gregg for your incredible drive and knowledge that has brought such a product line that has simply changed lives. I stand firmly behind my wife and will support her through this no matter the challenges ahead. We got this….You got this!!

PS…. What these products do for women, the products for men cannot be replicated!!

The headline of this article is completely inaccurate and there are many other errors in the piece. Mindy Mackenzie is not the CEO; she was only an interim CEO until Feb. 1st, 2024 when Gregg Renfrew returned as acting CEO. The letter shown above was not sent to all the Brand Advocates/sales force but only to a small number who were violating their original consultant agreement. Renfrew is buying back the company, it is not closing…only pausing until May 1st to allow for the transition.

They are shutting down for the next two weeks and will relaunch 5/1/24. Not going out of business, Gregg Renfrew and various investors have bought back the company. Update your info because you left out 50% of it. You are causing a panic for no reason.
